If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
Change of Mind Returns (Unused, Non-Defective Products)
It is our policy that opened, non-defective items cannot be returned. Exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of Rae Morris Pty Ltd.
To be eligible for return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Returns & Refunds
Shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an exception is granted at our discretion.
Hygiene & Product Integrity
Due to the nature of professional makeup tools and cosmetics, Rae Morris Pty Ltd maintains strict hygiene standards.
Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or returned in a condition that prevents safe resale may be refused.
Where applicable, returns involving opened packaging may be accepted subject to a repacking and sterilisation fee of 20% of the listed product price (minimum AUD $5). Approval is granted solely at our discretion.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
All Rae Morris products are thoroughly inspected both at our production facility and again during packaging prior to shipment.
If any product is believed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt.
All returned items will be examined to determine the cause of the issue.
If confirmed to be:
- a manufacturing defect

transit damage
-
or an error on our part
we will replace the item free of charge and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
If inspection determines that the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect or any area of our responsibility, we may decline the return, exchange, or refund.
Inspection & Refund Processing
All returns are inspected upon receipt prior to approval of any refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order (credit card, PayPal, or Afterpay) unless otherwise agreed.
Where applicable, store credit may be issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours following placement.
Due to the rapid turnaround of orders, Rae Morris Pty Ltd is not responsible for late cancellation notices, and the customer will remain responsible for the order once processing has commenced.

Time Limits
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or lost shipment claims 31 or more days after the date of receipt.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
