All Rae Morris orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Australian public holidays.
Order fulfilment is subject to stock availability and the receipt of complete and accurate customer order, shipping, and billing information.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you via email with further instructions.
Address Accuracy
Rae Morris Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
Please carefully review your order confirmation email to ensure your delivery details are correct. If you identify an error, contact us immediately and we will make every reasonable effort to update your shipment prior to dispatch.
Shipping Methods
Australia (Domestic Orders)
Domestic Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation through the Australia Post tracking system.
- Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Delivery timeframes within Australia vary by location and are provided by Australia Post as estimates only.
International Orders
All international shipments are sent via DHL Express.
Please note:

DHL Express does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

If a PO Box address is provided, we will contact you to obtain a suitable street address before shipment.

Once your order has been collected by DHL Express, you will receive tracking confirmation via email.

Tracking & Delivery Monitoring
All shipments (domestic and international) include full tracking.
You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Responsibilities (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

If applicable duties or taxes are refused by the recipient:

any refund issued will be less: the original outbound shipping costs, any duties or taxes paid or invoiced by the carrier, and any return shipping, customs, or carrier handling fees incurred.
