Shipping
All Rae Morris orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt with the exception of order received on Saturday, Sunday and Australian Public Holidays. Order fulfilment is subject to stock availability and complete customer order, shipping and billing information being received by Rae Morris Pty Ltd.
In the event an item is out of stock, we will inform you via email for further instruction. Please note that we use DHL Express for all our international shipments - DHL do not ship to Post Office Boxes. If you provide a Post Office Box address we will contact you via email to ask for a street address in order to complete your shipment. Rae Morris Pty Ltd is not responsible for any delays incurred as a result of a Post Office Box address being supplied at the time of order placement and any subsequent time taken to obtain a suitable street address for delivery.
Rae Morris Pty Ltd is not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted when placing your order. Please ensure that you carefully check the information on your order confirmation email to ensure that you have provided us with the correct details for delivery. If you have inadvertently used an old or incorrect address please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to ensure the successful delivery of your order.
For All Shipments – Australia & International
All Rae Morris orders are shipped with full tracking and delivery confirmation. Upon generation of your Airway Bill (AWB) you will receive two confirmation emails, one from Rae Morris Pty Ltd and one from DHL Express (once your order has been picked up) both containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment by simply clicking on the link in the email or by visiting the DHL website (www.dhl.com.au/en/express/tracking.html) and entering your tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, or if any damage to your shipment is evident upon receipt, please inform us immediately.
For International Orders (outside Australia) – Customs Duties and Tariffs
Please be aware that most international destinations impose duties and tariffs, over which our company has no control, and which cannot be estimated at the time of order placement. Gifts may or may not be subject to local duties and taxes. Duties imposed on shipments by customs authorities of the destination country are your responsibility. If you decline to pay the applicable duties on receipt, you are welcome to return the goods (in saleable condition) for a refund - the refund will be less the costs of a) shipping the goods to you, and of b) having the goods returned to us.
Pricing and Sales Tax
The Rae Morris website offers the functionality to view our prices and complete your transaction in multiple currencies (e.g. US Dollars). Prices are subject to change at any time.
Shipping Rates - Free Shipping Thresholds
Orders over AUD$100 (net of any discounts) have free shipping for the following countries/regions - Australia, New, Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and South East Asia, USD$100
For all other countries shipping will be priced according to standard DHL International Express rates. If you have any questions regarding shipping rate for your country, please contact us directly.
